The Hotel Odelya is located in Basel's largest private park and is ideally situated in Basel Centrum; one of the city's most popular locales. From here, guests can enjoy easy access to all that the lively city has to offer. A well-kempt environment and its proximity to Spalentor, Flohmarkt, Jewish Museum give to this hotel a special charm. The Old Town is only a stone's throw away. The famous and impressive ancient gate and a famous Basel landmark, the Spalentor, is only a couple of blocks away.

Thank you for asking about the hotel. We do not have a second hotel selected as Basel has many hotels around the Congress centre to choose from, both large and small. IFTA Congress participants arrive and depart from the Congress with widely divergent schedules so we can only give the main hotel an estimate of the number of rooms needed. They often book those rooms early. In addition, many of our participants have told us that they prefer to find their own lodging whether in hotels or through rental programs such as AirBnB. In the future, if you wish to stay in the Congress hotel, reserve your room before September 1.
