Poster Instructions and Submission
Dear Poster Presenter,
Please note the following information regarding your presentation:
- Poster Displays are limited to four presenters.
- Print your posters in a size that is readily available to you, either landscape or portrait orientation. To help you know what might be considered too small or too big the following recommendations are based on typical International and (USA) poster sizes. You may also use several smaller sheets to result in a larger poster.
- MINIMUM POSTER DIMENSIONS: 70 x 100 cm or (27.5 x 39 inches)
- STANDARD POSTER DIMENSION: 91 x 122 cm or (36 x 48 inches)
- MAXIMUM POSTER DIMENSION: 100 x 140 cm or (42 x 56 inches)

- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
- The main presenter and co-presenters must register for the entire congress and must be present during the poster sessions.
- The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
- Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.
- When you arrive at the Congress, please refer to the Congress Program Guide for the poster board number assigned to you. There will be a location reserved for you to display your poster labeled with this number.
